What all is included with your download when you buy a skin from us?
Well you get the following with EVERY skin.
Layered/Editable .psd files of the header as well as misc. .psd's such as new thread, reply buttons, etc. These are FULL header graphics. Not just parts of them. And don't forget you can use these graphics and .psd's for your website as well as your board. These are not just skins!
Very detailed installation instructions you can follow along with.
Skins that come in two sizes (fixed width, and expandable 100% width include both files so you have to do nothing). You can even have both versions as options for your users.
Fonts: the fonts for the .psds are either included or a link is given to you.
ALL of the skins are heavily tested in both Mac and PC with multiple browsers.
Some of the skins even come with hue shifted smilies to match your board.
A FULL year of access to your skin files and access to the customers only area of the forum for 1 year from your time of purchase!

What else?
I am giving you the rights to use the .psd graphics not only on your board but use them on your actual website as well! Modify, change around, change colors, whatever you want to do with the .psds to use them on your site is up to you.

Legal Info:
Refunds will only be issued if the problem could not have been foreseen. Refunds will only be granted if we have been given a chance to fix the issue and we cannot fix the issue.
Exchanges will NOT be granted. Make sure BEFORE you finish your payment that you have ordered the correct item and that it is for the correct forum software. All the items are very clearly marked.
You must ensure before purchasing that you are happy with the skin on the demo board, and have tested it in all areas you wish for it work in. Refunds are not given for incompatibilities that can be tested via the demo.
A license gives you the right to run a single instance of the skin, button set, or other product. (ie, one instance on one domain on one server on one board only). You will have access to FREE updates and support for 1 one full year. If after your 1 year of access has passed and you would like another full year of updates for your skin/skins you may renew your skin/skins and get another one full year of updates.
All graphics and alterations are © eXtremepixels LLC.
You MUST leave the "skin developed by: eXtremepixels" link on the skin unless you have purchased a branding free option. Then you are allowed to remove that link. Removing that link without purchasing the branding free option will breech this clause. If you buy more than 1 skin you only have to buy 1 branding free option (so long as all of the skins reside on only one server/domain).
You are permitted to alter the code and images of the style you have purchased. It is also acceptable to use the images on your actual website.
Under no circumstances is the code of the style or graphics you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties. No product/products can be re-sold, redistributed, or used in any way other than for your own domain/forum. Your license to use the product/products is non-transferable.
Exceptions will only be made with written permission from eXtremepixels LLC. All copyright notices must remain in the templates unless a branding free option has been purchased.
Upon breach of any of these clauses eXtremepixels LLC will immediately revoke your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license fees. |
